Health plan rates are available from the links below. You can also view your monthly benefits plan rates online through Wolverine Access. A uniqname and UMICH password are required.

Retiree Monthly Health Plan Rates
The rates below are effective January 1, 2013 - December 31, 2013
- Chart A (PDF)
Use this chart if you retired before January 1, 1987.
- Chart B (PDF)
Use this chart if you were hired on or after July 1, 1988 and are retired and under age 62.
- Chart C (PDF)
Use this chart if you retired on or after January 1, 1987, and
(a) Were hired before July 1, 1988, and are any age,
— OR —
(b) Were hired on or after July 1, 1988, and are age 62 or older.
- Chartd D (PDF)
Use this chart if you retired on or after January 1, 2000 and before January 1, 2013 and you either:
(a) were hired before July 1, 1988 and are any age, or
(b) wer hired on or after July 1, 1988 and are age 62 or older.

Use this chart if you retired on or after January 1, 2013 and you either:
(a) were hired before July 1, 1988 and are any age, or
(b) were hired on or after July 1, 1988 and are age 62 or older.
"Regular" refers to retirees or their covered dependents who are not eligible for Medicare.
"Child(ren)" refers to retiree’s covered dependent child(ren) under age 26, who are not eligible for Medicare.
"With Medicare" refers to retirees or their covered dependents (any age) who are eligible for Medicare.
Limitations
The University of Michigan in its sole discretion may modify, amend, or terminate the benefits provided with respect to any individual receiving benefits, including active employees, retirees, and their dependents. Although the university has elected to provide these benefits this year, no individual has a vested right to any of the benefits provided. Nothing in these materials gives any individual the right to continued benefits beyond the time the university modifies, amends, or terminates the benefit. Anyone seeking or accepting any of the benefits provided will be deemed to have accepted the terms of the benefits programs and the university's right to modify, amend or terminate them.
